The A320s (FFS) fully replicate the actual aircraft and are qualified under Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). They incorporate a six axis hydraulic motion system with the latest in visual display systems using satellite imagery projected on to a 180 degree panoramic display. These simulators can also be used as a Fixed Base simulator (FTD - Flight Training Device).
